Oxygem 20 Liter jars are filled in a fully integrated, automatic bulk water jar wash, rinse, sanitize, fill, and capping machine. The returnable jars go through a 5-stage cleaning and
sanitation process before being filled, capped, sealed and delivered to the customer. The jars first go through external washing and scrubbing after which they are cleaned internally with water. They are then sanitized with a food grade cleaning agent after which they are cleaned internally with hot water. The jars are finally rinsed with the product water before being filled and capped. A heat shrink seal is then applied to the cap to ensure that there is no adulteration before the jar reaches the consumer.
