Our Plant

Nysa’s state-of-the-art AUTOMATED manufacturing facility in Hyderabad is BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards), ISO 9001-2015 & FSSAI certified. A 6-stage purification process along with stringent quality checks ensures that Oxygem and Oxyclub are produced to meet the utmost purity levels. The products are then packaged with great care to ensure that they stay refreshingly pure until long after they reach the end-consumer.
  • The plant employs skilled and technical staff to handle the automated processes at various stages of purification and packaging of the drinking water.
  • The PET bottles are manufactured within our plant. This avoids any external contamination and contact. Moreover, we use our own purified water to clean the bottles before final filling.
  • Re-usable and recyclable PET bottles are used as they are considered safe for the shelf life of the packaged drinking water. They provide benefits for the consumers as well as the planet.
  • While our current range of products consists of packaged drinking water and soda, we plan to launch exciting new products of flavoured sodas and fruit based drinks while redefining the industry in this segment.

PURIFICATION PROCESS

To keep in line with our mission to produce healthy and refreshing water, testing is an integral part of the purification process.
  • Careful Collection: Collected water from own source with proper treatment.
  • Sand Filtration: Removes unwanted particles up to 30 microns and foreign materials.
  • Carbon Filtration: Removes colour, odour, flavour and harmful pesticides. (Double filtration).
  • Reverse Osmosis: Excess minerals and salts are removed.
  • UV Treatment: Helps to remove microbial load.
  • Mineralisation: We add back the right amount of vital minerals (magnesium & potassium compounds) making our water healthy & giving it a sweet taste.
  • Micron-Filtration: Ensures that even the smallest micron-particles (upto 0.45microns) are removed from the water.
  • Ozonisation: Helps to maintain purity and quality in sealed condition of the bottle.
  • In House Bottle Blowing Unit: Most of our bottles are blown on-site to avoid any external contamination. Oxygem is bottled and packaged using highly modernized equipment.
  • Quality Control: Every bottle has a code printed stating the batch number, date, time and manufacturing location. Stringent quality control checks are done for each & every batch so that Oxygem's quality and standards meet the BIS and FSSAI requirements.
